Inside Sales Representative - Training Services (SAL1104-01E)

    Description
    - Collaborate with the outside representatives to stimulate the growth of linguistic services
    - Help to generate to qualify potentials
    - Provide operational support to outside representatives
    - Prospect qualified lists of potentials
    - Engage the clients in the sales cycle for meetings with DeJump's technical sales team
    - Contact and qualify new dealers using an established list of contacts
    - Gather all relevant information from existing customers to update their account
      information
    -
    Inform clients of new products and services
    - Perform market research
    - Retain knowledge of the competitor's products and services
    - Provide backup administrative support to administrative staff as required

    Requirements
    - 2-3 years of telesales experience in a software or IT service environment
    - DEC or University Degree or equivalent
    - A professional telephone presence
    - Effective listening skills
    - Strong organizational skills
    - Energetic, optimistic and persistent
    - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    - Previous inside sales, sales support, telesales or customer service experience
    - Concrete understanding of the training sales process
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Excellent prospecting skills
    - Superior presenting skills
    - Results-oriented
